Personalized Growth

This is a FULLY ONLINE and on-demand courses and can be started at any time. Personalized Professional Development (Personalized PD) is a time efficient and job-embedded experience designed for the busy educator. Personalized PD is a competency-based growth system focused on what educators learn and apply. 

Educators can:

•  Earn 1-semester hour graduate credit, and up to 15 graduate credit hours, by curating your job-embedded professional learning experiences.
•  Educators can create, synthesize and evaluate their professional experiences through the use of digital and social media tools.
• This personalzied learning experience empowers educators to document how they Reflect-Align-Implement great teaching and learning strategies.
• Personalized PD is an anytime and anywhere self-directed professional growth system for educators.
